LUO Liangbo: He comes from Liuyang, Hu’nan, is now a Distinguished Professor at Southwest Jiaotong University School of Public Affairs & Law. He served as a member of the 6th and 7th Council of Chinese Public Administration Society, Standing Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Gansu Administration Institute (CSSCI and Chinese Core Journal). His main research directions are the basic theory of administrative science, research methods of administrative science, and academic evaluation of public management. In recent years, he has devoted himself to the study of administrative rationality, and has published many articles in authoritative journals such asCASS Journal of Political Science,Chinese Public Administration,Academic Monthly, andSocial Sciences in Chinese Higher Education Institution.
He has undertook two national-level projects:The Path Selection of Administrative Management System Innovation under the Perspective of National Governance Modernization, sub-project ofResearch on the Innovation of National Governance Modernization and Administrative Management System, a National Social Science Fund Major Project (No. 17ZDA105), as person in charge of the sub-project;Research on the Administrative Method and Academic System Construction with Chinese Characteristics, a National Social Science Fund Project (No. 19BZZ059) officially set in June 2019, as person in charge.
